When is wood not really wood..

Posted these on LJ & thought I may as well post them here too. :)

Stone carved to look like wood is one of my favorite things in a cemetery..thought I'd share some of my favorite pics thereof.

Lil stumpy thing 'growing' out of the stone base, taken at Mountain Home Cemetery in Kalamazoo, MI:
